This was a panel discussion led by Stacey where industry experts share their knowledge to help create a sustainable workforce for our future economy. Its intent was to inspire rangatahi (aged between 16-20) with future focused insights into our labour market to build a shared vision and forge career pathways based on what they desire for their future – what success looks like for them. It looked at jobs in demand, skills required, areas of up-skilling and retraining, helpful technologies, and useful tips to guide and empower our rangatahi to thrive in a brave and better new world.
